Early Kung Fu Panda 2 Results
As you know, Kung Fu Panda was released last weekend, and LOTS of our NAPMA members are positioned to attract hundreds of new prospective student to their martial arts schools!
I’ve started to receive early reports of their results (below),so if you were participating in this promotion, I’d love to know how it’s going for you in your martial arts school, and see any photos/video etc to share with the group!

Could You Be Enrolling More New Students in Your School?
In order to fill your school with plenty of excited new students, you have to master 2 sets of skill.
#1 – Marketing Skills
You have to impact your market with some message that get’s them interested in training with you.
This is a HUGE focus for us in our NAPMA programs. In fact, in many cases we’re able to help school owners generate more traffic, and prospective students into their schools than they previously thought possible. (See the above (early) results from our Kung Fu Panda 2 Promotion)
So much, in fact, that many owners find themselves a bit overwhelmed, and if they don’t have an efficient system for enrolling students (in high volume) can hamstring their growth.
#2 – Communication (Sales) Skills
You MUST have the ability to clearly communicate the VALUE and BENEFITS of training in your program.
Doing a lot of “intros” isn’t enough.
If you’re not ENROLLING 80% (or more) of the students who come into your school for an initial Intro, (meaning the prospective student makes a down payment and makes a written agreement to a course of training over a number of months) developing this skill will be a huge benefit for you!
(Currently, in our franchise locations, we’re collecting a $400 initial investment, and students are agreeing to a 12 month program at $197/month.)

We’ve been planning a small HIGH LEVEL sales, leadership and ethical persuasion training event for a few months now.
This was an “invitation only” training session for our Peak Performer, Inner Circle and Coaching Members. However, I’ve had numerous members contact me on facebook, or by email and let me know that this type of training is EXACTLY what they NEED to take their school to the next level.
Perhaps their staff is getting “lazy” in the intro room, and their sales ratios have slipped.
Or perhaps, with the difficult economy, they have been having trouble handling price objections, or commitment objections smoothly.
So, I spoke to our CEO Stephen Oliver, and persuaded him to allow me to open up a few extra seats for this event for some of our valued NAPMA members.
We don’t intend this event to be a big “conference” like our annual national event (The NAPMA Extreme Success Academy), nor is will it be a “physical” martial art seminar.
This event is ONLY for serious, honest, ethical, hard working school owners who want to dramatically improve their ability to (ethically) enroll more students into their programs.
I’m sure you already know that Stephen Oliver has helped more school owners go from “struggling” to wealthy than ANYONE in (or out of) the martial arts industry….Period.
So I’m really grateful for the chance to open a few extra seats in this event for school owners who are serious about helping us change the world.
This session will hone your staff’s edge, and help them “internalize” the sales process so they don’t “sound” scripted or disingenuous.

- How to empathetically, ethically and honestly handle and overcome virtually ANY objection smoothly, and confidently without being “pushy”
- How to multiply your enrollment results without ANY increase in marketing expense
This session will cover (in depth)
- PROVEN Effective Intro and Enrollment “Structure” and Systems
- How to get students AND both parents to show up for the Enrollment Conference (Prepared to Enroll)
- How to ensure your prospective students TRULY see the REAL value of your program, and assign appropriate value to it (rather that thinking it’s just another ”activity”)
- How to build rapport with your prospective students and their families by delivering ”unexpected value”
- How to virtually eliminate skepticism with “overwhelming” social proof
Also we’ll share PROVEN successful strategies for overcoming common objections during the enrollment conference, like
- It costs too much
- Why do I have to sign a contract?
- What is he/she wants to quit in 3 months?
- I can’t afford it
- I don’t want to have to force him/her to come to class
- I have to check with his/her dad/mom/etc..etc….
- I want to think it over
