NAPMA Squared Helps You Protect Your Assets With the June Package, “Create Wealth, and KEEP IT!” |
If you’re a NAPMA Squared member, then the June NAPMA Squared package will help you learn how to increase your personal wealth from opportunities other than martial arts, and how to protect those assets, as they grow.
If you’re not a NAPMA Squared member, then the growth of your school and your personal assets probably won’t change much until you decide to take decisive action.
Joining NAPMA Squared is that action, and your first step toward more personal financial assets, and better protected assets, to help ensure they will be there during your later years.
Stephen Oliver, NAPMA Squared developer, welcomes his long-time friend Terry Bryant, as this month’s guest educator. Mr. Bryant owned multiple schools for many years (with the help of Master Oliver, as a mentor), and then turned to real estate, when he discovered what he shares with members throughout the June package.
Terry Bryant Says: “The primary strategy for protecting your school and assets is to have many layers and shields between you, personally, and your school, as a business entity. A quick example of a layer between you and your business is that you have one corporation that leases your school space from the property owner. That corporation then leases the space to your school’s business entity: another corporation or maybe a franchise. The first corporation simply exists as a go-between or shield, and does no other business.”
Terry Bryant Says: “For example, you purchase two properties when your first child is born, and you retain ownership of those properties for approximately 20 years. Those properties would pay for your child’s college education, without the need to tap any other assets. Once those properties have finished that “task,” then you can assign the income they produce to other financial needs or wants, or sell them and upgrade to a larger real estate investment. You control the real estate and its income, and, more importantly, how you use it to produce more income or improve the quality of your life.”
