Keep the Energy Level High At Your School—Summer SlowDowns Are Not Allowed!


 

Maybe the "living is easy" for some in the good 'ole summertime, but nothing worth achieving is ever easy. During July, you must be more than a martial arts master; you must be a high-energy master.

When those dog days of summer arrive, it’s easy to be lazy, but the many lessons and benefits of martial arts are too important and there are many opportunities to grow your school during Julyso don't let the energy level drop one little bit! Make sure your school presents an active, high-energy and exciting atmosphere to all visitors.

Make it a G.O.L.D. Leadership Team project: Add some new highly charged action posters, play high-energy music or install a TV and DVD player in your lobby and show action footage of your classes or demonstration team.


July is a great month to schedule a Summer Camp, Buddy Day or other events where your students bring their friends to the school. Consider a family event, something as simple as a picnic, to increase your family memberships. Re-dedicate yourself to working those leads and enrolling those friends for the fall. Schedule one-on-one meetings with all your students and pre-frame them to continue their lessons and consider an upgrade in the fall.
